Eyrie Of An Aries

Here’s a small selection of some of my most recent in-game screen-shots, as promised! In these images I’m exploring the new, steampunk-styled land of The Elder Scrolls Online, the awesome game that I enjoy playing. I’ll be live-streaming some gameplay later on this evening, so tune in to my Twitch channel if you’re awake, grab a drink and a snack, and watch the fun!

Sampling a freshly-made batch of the old crone’s brew.

Flame-inspired meditation in the forest…very relaxing.

A new tree has sprung up in the garden of the grand manor…

It is certainly an interesting addition!

The entrance to the city of cogs and gears.

What the…? I’m shrinking!

Facing off against an army of automatons…

There – that should take care of them!

The new scenery is fascinating, and quite pleasing to the eye.

New quests and adventures await the intrepid explorer!

Five on Friday: Songs by the Scorpions

The song “Loving You Sunday Morning” was running through my head when I woke up today, so I was inspired to offer up these five songs by the Scorpions. Enjoy.

TESO: The Next Chapter

One of the best things about The Elder Scrolls Online is that the anniversary of the initial launching occurs just after my week-long birthday celebration ends.

A free-play weekend is going on, leading up to the Jester’s Festival which coincides with the aforementioned anniversary event. A new chapter is coming on 5 June. Gaming geeks such as myself, who have pre-ordered the special collector’s edition, will get to start our adventures during the last week of May.

I’m looking for my beta-test invite in my email inbox. I’ll be streaming some gameplay over the weekend as well. My list of viewers is finally growing. I just needed to work with people who actually do what they say they will, and who know what the definition of work ethics really is.

* UPDATED Friday, 23rd March *

Just a quick correction: The 5 June release date of the new chapter, Summerset, is for Xbox and PlayStation users. 21 May is the launching of the new chapter for PC and Mac users.

Mercury is retrograde in my sign of Aries, so miscommunications and misunderstandings might occur more often.

See? I can acknowledge when I’m wrong.

Others would do well to do the same.

Especially when they pretend to be perfect, give unsolicited advice, and look down on everyone who isn’t in their remedial little clique.

Some Songs on Sunday

The spring rains are returning and my week-long birthday celebration has commenced. Enjoy these five choice Sunday songs.

Friday Fun: 5 Songs

Here are five excellent songs to start this weekend with some righteous rocking and rolling.

Three Songs On Sunday (Re-blogged)

Re-blogging these three songs on this short Sunday.

Doing some writing and gaming today since I’ll be busy doing my “Day of Service” tomorrow.

Frosty Saturday

The weather is wanting to warm up, but the thick frost on the grass and the rooftops shows that old man Winter doesn’t want to give up the ghost just yet. At least we’re not getting slammed with storms like those in the Midwest, the Great Lakes area, and the Northeastern seaboard.

My mood and temperament are as mild as the weather. I’m warm with those who warm up to me, and give the cold shoulder to those who go out of their way to freeze me out. Talking to the face of a glacier is more productive than dealing with those types.

On that note, enjoy this re-packaged post of memes and quotes which were originally published on 25 January of 2017. They’re definitely worth seeing.

5 On Friday: The B-52’s

For this “Five on Friday” post, I offer up five songs by the B-52’s to get the weekend off to a fun-filled start.

Busy Month Ahead

Things are ramping up for a busy month ahead. Many projects will take up my time from the Ides of March through to the first week of April.

My week-long birthday celebration will commence on Saturday, 17 March, and ends in time for the in-game anniversary event of the launching of The Elder Scrolls Online. Mischief and merriment, combined with a healthy dose of drunken debauchery, will be prevalent themes on this blog during that time.

Live-broadcasts of in-game activities will be scheduled periodically so tune in to my Twitch channel to view the fun. The link can be found in the “Multimedia Links” tab on this blog and will be provided anew with the broadcasting schedule.

I’ll have some excerpts scheduled so that I have a reasonable amount of daily posts. I may not have many readers, but at least I’m consistent. Those with legions of followers can afford to be lazy, and I’m not one.

Drive, dedication, and determination have served me well throughout my life. They continue to do so. After all, I’m still young. I’ve done much in life, but still have much more to do that I’d like to achieve – and, I will. The things that I achieve seem to get accomplished in a different order than I plan, but they get done. Being flexible is also crucial.

Creativity & Cosplay

I have a number of awesome ideas for future cosplay percolating. My creative spark has been reignited and I’ve been sketching out some designs. Quality costume-creators are as difficult to find as quality tattoo artists, but the right ones can work magic if they can see your vision clearly.

My fan-fiction is officially completed so I can start posting some new excerpts. Character development and back-stories are some of the more enjoyable parts of writing for me.

Time for a bit of gaming! I need to re-do the schedule of my live broadcasts for maximum viewing. Some in-game guild-mates are helping out with that.

It’s nice to deal with reliable people, for a change.
