Random Ramblings; Myriad Musings

I still have nothing, so enjoy these pictures. They are from August of 2010, heading to Sturgis, South Dakota. Apologies that they aren’t in any particular order.

The windmill photo and the traps on the cabin are stellar photographs. This is such amazing country and your photos capture it perfectly. The key hole in the mountain. Wonderful photography.

The description of Iron Town was very euphemistic … it must have been a gambling hell with a lot of prostitutes and a watering hole.

LOL – not a lot of prostitutes…although, even one in a town of that size would have been too many! There was a “House of Ill-Repute” there, with a two-seater, open-air outhouse; I’ll find those photos and post them later on today! It was interesting to see…

There was also a schoolhouse which doubled as the church; a 3-cell jailhouse, and the ice-house…it was interesting to walk through and look at everything.
      🙂
